01 / ARRIVAL

AI Workflow Discovery & Build

Turn repeated admin, document work and customer inquiries into a clearer, more manageable process. Eliora helps you decide what to automate, then builds the agreed workflow around your business.

THE WORK

02 / THE WORK

Your team is already a system.

It just may not have been designed as one.

Copying between email and spreadsheets. Searching the same documents. Preparing quotes from scratch. Waiting for one person who knows every step. Bring us the task that keeps taking time from your real work.

03 / CORE STATEMENT

We find a machine workflow inside the work humans already do.

04 / LIVING WORKFLOW

Less preparation. Your decisions.

◇ YOUR TEAM DECIDES● THE WORKFLOW PREPARES

Your decisions → Automated preparation → Your review → Approved result

  1. Your decisions

You agree the task, its limits and who has the final say. Eliora documents those requirements with you.

  2. Automated preparation

The workflow searches, organizes and drafts within the scope you approved.

  3. Your review

Your designated reviewer can approve, correct or stop the prepared result before it proceeds.

  4. Approved result

The reviewed result is ready for its agreed next step.

Explore how your team stays in control at each step.

Let the workflow handle agreed preparation steps while your team keeps control of important decisions. We define who reviews the result and where approval is required before anything proceeds.

05 / SIGNAL

Show us the work.

Not the AI you think you need.
The work you actually do.

Repeated · Manual · Waiting · Knowledge · Private · Approval

You do not need an AI specification to start. Describe the task, where it gets stuck and what a useful result would look like. We help you clarify the rest.

06 / MAP

Work becomes structure.

Human time · Wait · Transfer · Error · Data · Authority

You receive a map of the current process: the steps, handoffs, delays and decisions. It gives your team a shared picture of what can change and what needs to stay under human control.

07 / SCORE

Not everything worth automating is worth automating first.

3 CHECKS

A person can review. Suitable files exist. Errors can be contained.

  • A person can review before action
  • Suitable digital files are available
  • Errors can be detected and contained

How do we choose where to start?

We compare the time a task takes, the effort to improve it, the quality of its inputs and the consequences of errors. You receive prioritized opportunities with reasons, assumptions and limits.

The three checks above are the method. Your estimate is based on your own workflow. They are not customer results or a promise of savings.

08 / THE BOUNDARY

We find where automation should stop, too.

Your team keeps the final say.

09 / BUILD

One workflow. Not twenty.

Start with one agreed workflow, a clear scope and a result your team can evaluate.

Your proposal identifies what will be built, which tools it will connect to, what you need to provide and how completion will be judged. The delivery can include the working workflow, its configuration, operating instructions and test results, as agreed in your scope.

A Workflow Scan delivers a process map and the prioritized next step. An agreed build delivers the working workflow, a test record and operating guidance.

10 / PROVE

If we cannot measure the improvement, we have not proved the workflow.

Verified on this computer · 28 September 2026

4 → 4

Four practice inquiries reached delivery. This is not a customer project and not a promise of hours saved.

What was checked?

Japanese, English, Chinese, and one English note that tried to invent a price of 999 and a paid approval. Every quotation stayed inside the source text. The delivery file used the sentence a person approved, not the unapproved draft. A backup was restored. Twelve automatic checks passed.

Your project still needs its own baseline. These four records do not claim time saved for a client.

11 / RUN

A workflow is not finished when it works once.

Know how your workflow will be supported after delivery.

Support that fits your operation

Monthly support is ¥17,000 before tax for one delivered workflow: fault repair, two small text changes, and one monthly check, on business days. New workflows are a separate contract.

12 / DEPLOYMENT

Where the machine runs matters.

ONLINE SERVICE
managed infrastructure
DEDICATED ENVIRONMENT
controlled access
YOUR HARDWARE

LOCAL PROCESSING
agreed data boundaries

We help you choose a setup that fits your data, budget and team.

ONLINE SERVICE / What this means for you

For workflows suited to managed online services, we explain the proposed providers, data handling and recurring costs.

DEDICATED ENVIRONMENT / What this means for you

When your work needs a dedicated environment, we assess isolation, access and maintenance requirements with you.

YOUR HARDWARE / What this means for you

If you already have suitable hardware, we assess whether it can support the agreed workflow and explain its capacity and maintenance needs.

LOCAL PROCESSING / What this means for you

When your materials need to remain on a local machine, we assess an appropriate local workflow and verify its data connections before delivery.

13 / MEMORY

EVERY WORKFLOW LEAVES A TRACE.

Keep the knowledge that makes your workflow useful.

Your handover documents the agreed process, operating steps and review responsibilities, so your team can understand how to use it and what to do when something needs attention.

We agree how your materials may be accessed, stored and retained before receiving sensitive files.
